Timings simplified are:
Morning - Sunrise until Two Hours
The Morning Prayers and Sh'ma

Mid-day - Half the way between Sunrise and Sunset (may not be civil noon).
Sh'ma, Amidhah, Everyday Mizmor, and each Mizmor from T'hillim on its day.
During The Season of T'shuvah, Minchah begins with additional Scriptures.
If pressed for time, each day for 6 days can be Amidhah Open/Closing and three per day Prayers/Blessings.

Evening - Two Hours to up until you lay down.
Evening Prayers including 3rd Sh'ma are to be either at or before the time you lay down.

It can get more particular with 5 parts, however this is fine for Sh'mah instruction.
As a normal part of Prayer Life, this can be a basic liturgy for Sabbath as well, however most of us
are in בֵּית כְּנֶסֶת (Beith K'neseth, House of Congregation) with Brethren on the 7th Day anyway.

Private verses Public:
When thinking about prayers, consider starting with the Daily Prayers. There is no Torah Law to pray, and yet we see those who follow Elohim in constant communication with HaAv (The Father). When you are in need of prayer, consider these Daily Prayers and HaT'hillim (The Psalms) your starting point. These ordered prayers are the "skeletal structure" upon which all other free-form prayer hangs. When we are called to task, and the mind is in jeopardy, we go to what we know. If these prayers and blessings are in your soul/mind, they will be able to be readily drawn upon when you need them. The war cries of the Spirit can be found there. Battle cries of praise and worship will begin with HaDavar (The Word).

If you still need prayer request that will not be addressed by the Daily Prayers or the Psalms as you steep in the word, feel free to call upon the Discord:LMJS Chat Server #prayer-requests Room (After Joining), and we will come to Eloheinu together.

Daily Prayers are for the individual privately if there is no Quorum.
For Public recitation, a minyan is required.

         TIPS
In Judaism, a minyan (Hebrew: מניין מִנְיָן mīnyān [minˈjan],
lit. (noun) count, number; pl. מניינים מִנְיָנִים mīnyānīm [minjaˈnim])
is the quorum of ten Jewish adults required for certain religious obligations.
These adults are to be Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah age and older to understand.

The count of 10 is the idea of complete completion and a double portion
of representation, being a two-count of ה ( Hei, 5, breath/spirit ), and
only half the letters in HaShem as we only aspire to be like the whole;
At the same time, there are two represented as one - just as in marriage.
10 is also י ( Yod, {Open} Hand ) reminding us that the open hand of HaAv
gives us all good things and the Hand of Adhoneinu ( אֲדֹנֵנוּ , אֲדוֹנֵינוּ ) is on all things.

It should be noted that while there is no direct commandment or Law to pray, There are examples all over the text of Men coming to Elohim in intercession which is basically prayer as understood in the scenario of a court function of pleading. There is also encouragement to come together in prayer such as we see in
Yesha-yahu 43:26
26 Put Me in remembrance, let us plead together; declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

As well, we also get an understanding of "Hindered Prayer" due to disobedience in the following verses.
Yesha-yahu 43:27-28
27 Thy first father sinned, and thine intercessors have transgressed against Me.
28 Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and I have given Jacob to condemnation, and Israel to reviling.

Text and Transliterations:
The Hebrew block characters are read right-to-left.
All the English characters are read left-to-right, of course.
There have been clarifications used in the English translations to assist knowledge.
Original translations remain for familiarity and standardization.

The Name Yahu'ah:
"The Eternal" - in context, The Eternally Existent [ One ].
Derived from Eiyeh, I will be [ in and at all times ] what I will be.

There is a rule in Ivrit (Hebrew) known as Madrias Lexionas "Mother Tongue" which has seemingly been used in The Name.
There are 4 characters that can serve as 'place-holders' for transitional sounds since there are no literal 'vowel letters' in Ivrit.
Historical Evidences from Aramaic suggest three of four characters which are used in this manner comprise The Name.
At the minimum explanation, we have evidentially found The Name to be four vowel sounds 'airy' as a breath would sound.
This would render The Name to be "Ye-Ah-Oo-Ah" which would make sense if it came from Eiyeh "I will Be" as told to Moshe.
When said quietly but loudly enough to be heard, it does indeed sound like the wind in the trees described by Yeshua.
Whatever you understand The Name to be, this is our rendering and it was deemed necessary to be made known....

Basic Transliterations Explanations:
Literal transliterations have been used instead of varied non-standard methods.
There are many others such examples which you will find in the text.
For more information, visit the Aleph-Bet page.
                                        • Pei ( פּ , Hard 'P' ) has been used.
                                        • P(h)ei ( פ , 'Ph', 'Soft Pei' ) / P(h)ei Sophit ( ף , 'Ph' ) instead of 'F/f' have been used.
                                        • Chet ( ח , 'cḥ'/'Gutteral ḥ' as in locḥ ), instead of 'kḥ' has been used.
                                        • Kaph ( כּ , 'Kaf', 'Hard K' ), instead of 'kk' has been used.
                                        • Kḥaph ( כ and ך , 'Kḥaf, Kḥaf Sofit', 'Soft k(ḥ)' ), has been used.
                                        • Qoph ( ק , 'Qof' or 'Quf',) 'Q/q' instead of 'k' or 'kk' have been used.

        NOTES
T’hillim Yom-Yomi ( The Daily Psalms ):
Everyday Psalm 100 is said every day at mid-day Prayers.
Each Daily Psalm is said one a day on its day after T’hillah 100.
This was the T’hillim list of the Temple Service.

Season of T'shuva (Returning to Torah):
During the month prior to Yom T'ru'ah, we add readings from:
Dani'Eil 9: 4-19, Y'cḥez'qeil (Ezekiel) 33: 1-20, T'hillah (Psalm) 27, and Ivrim (Hebrews) 1
The rest of the year we may add recitations and discernment applications from the Torah Laws of Life.

T’phillat Ha’Amidah ( Prayers of The Standing or The Standing Prayers ):
There was a 19th Prayer ( Birkat HaMinim or "the sectarians, heretics" ) added as number 12 a number of years ago.
Birkat HaMinim ("the sectarians, heretics") - asks God to destroy those in heretical sects (Minuth),
who slander Jews and who act as informers against Jews.
It is understood to actually be a curse on the Goyim (nations) that professed Yahu’ah Y’shua HaMashiacḥ.
Being a blessing by context and actually a prayer of cursing, it is deemed heretical ( two-faced, double-tongued ) in character.
Regardless, the original 18 only have been included here as a standard under the call of the faithful to bless and not curse.
The structure of the Amidah is familiar.
We enter with the Opening Prayer into the courts with the declaration of praise. Then we address the Headship of Authority, the Might and Power of the Headship, and the Set-Apart Holiness of that Headship. Then 12 petitions of needs and desires which are likened in count to the number of tribes of Yisra'Eil and the number of Sent-Ones from Yeshua. Afterwards, the acknowledgement of the temple service (now in the hearts of men in set-apart accord of Spirit and Truth with the Heavenly Father), the understanding that offerings of Prayer and Praise are now the only sacrifices we have in the flesh, and the looking forward to the peace brought from unity among brethren in the ways and will of The Eternal Existent One. The Closing Prayer is the final thought of what we desire to see in ourselves as we go out into the world as witnesses of goodness and glory and the protection and eternal life in which we hope.

Blessing of Hand-Washing
When in the wash room and miqveh ( מִקְוֶה ),
but before washing or bodily necessities.

Blessed are You, O Eternal Existent One

v'tzivanu al n'tilath yadhayim.
and has commanded us concerning the washing of hands

;לַיהוה הָאָרֶץ וּמְלוֹאָהּ

To The Eternal Existent One the earth belongs, and its fullness;

He that has clean hands and a good soul or mind;

asher lo nasa lashshaveh naphshi,
"...in vanity for My Soul, ..." in other words, vanity of one's-self instead of the Eternal. This ultimate understanding of grieving the Ru'ach as one marrying one's-self is equated to selfishness or vanity; as there is no return to one's-self from the outside. Instead, one should marry one's-self to the Eternal Existent resulting in selflessness or giving and love which is living outside of one's-self. Who has not married in vanity for my soul,

v’lo nishba l’mirma.
and has not sworn oaths fraudulently to cheat and deceive.

T’hillim ( Psalms ) 36 : 8 - 11

Ma yaqar cḥasdekḥa, Elohim:
How precious is Your lovingkindness, Mightiest One:

uv’nei adham b’tzeil k’napheikḥa yecḥesayun.
and the children of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings.

They are abundantly satisfied with the plenty of Your house,

and You make them drink of the river of Your pleasures.

Ki imm’kḥa m’qor cḥayim; b’orkḥa nireh or.
Life comes from life, Death cannot produce anything.
At conception there is a literal "Spark of Life"
For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light do we see light.

M’shokḥ chasdekḥa l’yodh’kḥa,
O continue Your loving-kindness unto them that know You,

Hoshei’ah ( Hosea ) 2 : 21 - 22

It is the custom of many at this time to wrap
the left hand fingers with tzitzioth of the talith.

;וְאֵרַשְׂתִּיךְ לִי לְעוֹלָם;

uv’mishpat, uv’cḥesed uv’racḥamim.
"And in justice " here is more "and in court " as seemingly in a legal sense such as one would get a writ of marriage.

The "Writ of Marriage" in a Believer's case is the Torah Laws of Life and Yeshua's perfect eternal payment to "make complete" those who would trust [lean on] His work to make restitution for their transgressions while continuing the walk of betrothal "to be perfected" (bride) as much as they are able in the flesh, learning the Tanakḥ v'HaBrit HaCḥadashah [The Holy Bible] as the Ketubah (marriage contract of duties, commitments and promises), until they are with Him in perfection of Spirit.

The ketubah (plural ketubot) is the standard marriage contract that Jewish law requires a groom to provide for his bride on their wedding day. It is intended to protect the woman, primarily by establishing the man's financial obligations to her in case of divorce or widowhood.

The sacrifice of Yeshua in His death of the flesh made the betrothed a physical widow with a spiritual inheritance.
and in justice, and in lovingkindness, and in compassion.

;וְאֵרַשְׂתִּיךְ לִי בֶּאֱמוּנָה
V’eirastikḥ li, be’emunah;
And I will betroth you to me in faithfulness;

v’yadha’at eth Yahu’ah.
and you will know The Eternal Existent One.

T’hillim ( Psalms ) 120 - 134

The theme of the number "fifteen" plays a pivotal role in the blessing; there are fifteen expressions conveying praise in the beginning half of the paragraph and fifteen words in the concluding blessing (after "Blessed are You, God..."). The number fifteen is an allusion both to the Divine Name יה (whose gematria is fifteen) and to the fifteen Songs of Ascents composed by King David (Psalms 120–34).

Assembly Dismissal to a Messianic Hope

Qadish is Aramaic for Holy.
Originally, a doxology recited by the teacher or preacher at the close of his
discourse, when he was expected to dismiss the assembly with an allusion
to the Messianic hope, derived especially from the Prophets and the Psalms.
The bowing at the end has been likened to the "Pure Offering" in Malakḥi 1:11
For from the rising of the sun even to the going down of the same
My Name ( Character / Reputation ) is be great among the nations,
and in every place incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering:
for my name is great among the nations," says the LORD of Hosts.

T’philoth Ha’Amidhah
( Prayers of The Standing )
  STILL RESEARCHING AND BUILDING BASED SCRIPTURE REFERENCES.

   PRE-AMBLE
Here-in is the Plan in Amidhah

Basic information for Amidhah can be found here: Wikipedia: Amidah

For those who were not aware, there is a reason that we desire to go through ALL the T'philloth Amidhah (Prayers of Standing) when we convene as one body. Has anyone ever looked through the titles of the Amidhah? With the titles many use, you may or may not see it. However, I have understood to see through Biblical study of the terminology, that the Amidhah is one long thought that reveals the plan of Elohim for His fire - His People. And yes, אֵשׁ eish fire, and אִישׁ ish man, seem to be related by a yod (hand) in the middle. So a fire with hand is man.
Here is the Plan in Amidhah:
The Father Who is The Mightiest One, in Holy as Set-Apart Understanding, will bring His people in Repentance the Forgiveness and Redemption through spiritual and physical Healing needed for the Blessing of their Years in heavenly waters and resulting produces that promotes life; and thereby He will Gather the Exiles by giving them a Blessing of the Divine Revelation of the Law which will produce for them a Restoration of Justice for the Righteous Ones and a Rebuilding of the City of Peace in the Reign of the Kingdom of David by the Mighty Horn of Salvation in Mashiacḥ in Prayer offerings in the Service of the Temple which will be offerings of praise and declarations of Thanksgiving — for being merciful to creation in the continuance by wombs of humanity — to the One to Whom it is proper to give all praise and thanksgiving, so that there will be an Established implementation of Peace.

"This prayer includes a mention of God's healing of the sick and resurrection of the dead."
It is called also Tehiyyat ha-Metim = "the resurrection of the dead."
Rain is considered as great a manifestation of power as the resurrection of the dead;
hence in winter a line recognizing God's bestowal of rain is inserted in this benediction.
Except for many Ashkenazim, most communities also insert a line recognizing dew in the summer.

R’phu’ah ( Refu’ah, "healing" )
A prayer to heal the sick.
An addition can ask for the healing of a specific person or more than one name.
The phrasing uses the person's Jewish name and the name of their Jewish mother (or Sara immeinu).

It is interesting to take note here that the line reading:
,בְּתוֹךְ שְׁאָר חוֹלֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל b’thokḥ sh’ar cḥolei Yisra’Eil,
among the other patients of Yisra’El, seems on the individual word level to be saying
"Inside ( song of my sand [ חוֹלִי , Choli ] ) of Yisra’El"
Of course this makes one think of the numbers of progeny of promise,
but also the idea that one without foundation is shifting like sand (or sick in/of song).

R’pha’einu Yahu’ah v’neirapheih,
Heal us Eternal Existent One, and we shall be healed,

And bring complete recovery to all of our sickness,

ul’kḥol makḥoveinu ul’kḥol makotheinu.
and for all of our pain and for all of our sorrows.

Hoda’ah ( "thanksgiving" )
Thanks The Eternal for our lives, for our souls, and for His miracles that are with us every day.
When the Chazzan reaches this blessing during the repetition,
the congregation recites a prayer called Modim deRabbanan ("the thanksgiving of the Rabbis").
After this point, Birkat Kohanim is recited by the Chazzan during his repetition during Shacharit every day except for Tisha B’Av. It is also recited during Minchah on fast days and during Mussaf when applicable and Neilah on Yom Kippur. On certain holidays, the Kohanim chant Birkat Kohanim during Mussaf instead of the Chazzan simply reciting it. Some Sephardic Jews, especially those that reside in Israel, extend this practice to every time that Birkat Kohanim is said.

Three Tenors: Adon Olam (Video)
Anyone who remembers the night-time childhood prayer
"Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep" will recognize this one.

Adhon Olam asher Malakḥ b’terem kol-y’tzir nivra,
Master of the Universe Who has reigned, before anything was created,

;לְעֵת נַעֲשָׂה בְחֶפְצוֹ כֹּל, אֲזַי מֶלֶךְ שְׁמוֹ נִקְרָא
le’eith na’asah v’cḥephtzo kol, azai melekḥ sh’moh niqra;
at the time that everything was created at His will, then “King” was His Name proclaimed;

v’acḥarei kikḥloth hakol, l’vado yimlokḥ nora.
After all has ceased to exist, He the Awesome One, will reign alone.

V’Hu hayah, v’Hu hoveh, v’Hu yihyeh b’thipharah!
And He was and He is, and He shall be in Glory!

V’Hu ecḥadh v’ein sheini, l’hamshil lo l’hacḥbirah.
And He is One, and there is no second to compare to Him, to declare as His equal.

;בְּלִי רֵאשִׁית, בְּלִי תַכְלִית, וְלוֹ הָעֹז וְהַמִּשְׂרָה
B’li reishith, b’li thakḥlith, v’lo Ha’oz v’hammisrah;
Without beginning, without end, He has the might and dominion;

v’Hu Eili v’Cḥai Go’ali,
And He is my Mighty One and my Living Redeemer,

v’Tzur cḥevli b’yom tzarah.
and the Rock-cliff of my Salvation in time of trouble.

V’Hu nissi umanos li, m'nath kosi b’yom eqrah.
And He is my standard and a refuge for me, the portion of my cup on the day I call.

b’yadho aph’qidh rucḥi, b’eith ishan v’a’irah,
In His hand I will deposit my spirit, when I am asleep and I shall awaken,

v’im rucḥi gh’viyathi,
and with my spirit shall my body remain.

Adhonai li v’lo ira.
My Lord-Master is with me and I shall not fear.

תְּהִלִּים T’hillim ( Psalms ) 78 : 61    תְּהִלִּים T’hillim ( Psalms ) 96 : 6
Aleinu is customarily recited when standing, because it has been noted that
the first and last letters of the prayer spell עד —"witness"— and it is appropriate
for a witness to stand when testifying (according to Jewish Prayer publications ).
Aleinu is also "Upon Us" as is understood about "Duty" being upon one as a moral imperative.

Aleinu l'shabei’ach la’Adhon hakol
It is our duty to praise the Master of the all,

v’ghoraleinu k’kḥol hamonam.
nor our destiny like all their multitudes.

Sheheim mishtacḥavim l’hevel variq
For they worship vanity and emptiness,

umithpal’lim El-Eil lo yoshia.
and pray to a mighty one who cannot save.

And all mankind will invoke in Your Character,

they will bow and prostrate themselves,

and to the glory of Your Name give honor.

The precious will all accept [ on/upon themselves ]

the yoke ( weight, throne ) of Your kingdom,

v’thimlokḥ aleihem m’heirah l’olam va’edh.
and You will reign over them, soon, forever and ever.

Ki hammalkḥuth shellkḥa
For the kingdom is Yours,

Hi-ul’olmei adh timlokḥ b’kḥavodh,
she and all eternity You will rule in glory,

;כַּכָּתוּב בְּתּוֹרָתֶֽךָ
kakathuv b’torathekḥa;
as it is written in Your Torah:

:יהוה יִמְלֺךְ לְעֹלָם וָעֶד
Yahu’ah yimlokḥ l’olam va’edh.
The Eternal Existent One will reign forever and ever.

V’ne’emar v’hayah Yahu’ah
And it is said: And it will be The Eternal Existent One

l’melekḥ al kol ha’aretz;
will be King over the whole earth;

bayom hahu yihyeh Yahu’ah ecḥadh
on that day The Eternal Existent One will be One

ushmo ecḥadh.
As in the phrase above "And all mankind will invoke in Your Character", there is an understanding that the Character of a Mightiest One Who does what He says, and does not go back on His Word, is the Character all the Believers should walk in (in order to identify with The Eternal One by their walk). The idea that in all eternity He will reign in glory is to know there is a renoun of honor attached to the knowledge of The Eternal Existent One. All of these will be unified in understanding and report about Who He Is. and His Name will be One.
