 DAY OF PREPARATION
Impliments simplified are:
Before the Sabbath begins, the following needs to be obtained:
Cḥallah Bread ( or a pleasant substitute bread ), Wine or Grape Juice, and Two Candles minimum.

Get it Done, then Set It Apart:
Bills, Laundry, Cleaning, Shopping, Errands, Auto/House/Pets Maintenance,
it all gets wrapped up; or it waits until after Havdalah.
All food needed, for the next couple of days at least, is secured so at-home efforts can be minimized.
As with livestock, daily tasks for living things still go on, but many can be reduced.

The Sabbath is Holy, Set-Apart, a day not like other days.
It is to be protected; Not a mundane day with commerce and work for wages, and self-deeds.
A good illustration of what Sabbath is supposed to be like can be found in
N’cḥemyah ( Nehemiah ) 13 : 14 - 22

  TIPS AND NOTES
After-Thoughts:
Many understand the Torah Law in Vayiqra ( Leviticus ) 19:14 -
"Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD."
The idea being "do not make anyone to stumble whether knowingly or unknowingly,"
This is seen later in the Brit Chadashah ( Covenant Renewal ) when Sha'ul will not eat certain meats in front of Vegans or
new believers and thereby make them to stumble in their own halakḥah ( Faith-walk ), whatever that may be for them.
As such, many decide to not eat out and making someone else work for them while profiting from wage-earner ignorance.
( And, even if it is working out of defiance to HaDavar Yahu'ah ( The Word of The Eternal One), we are still to bless and not curse.  )

There has also been the mention of using cell phones and electronics on Shabbath. While no servile work (wage or servant)
may be being done, there are many who choose this time to disconnect from the worldly affairs by not using them.

Some information on Cḥallah Bread:
Cḥallah is a yeast bread that is enriched with eggs, similar to brioche. The biggest difference between the a cḥallah bread dough and brioche dough is that brioche contains lot of butter while cḥallah contains oil. The taste is very similar to a brioche bread. The texture is rich and spongy from the egg yolks, with a little tang from the honey. The best way to put it – it's a little soft, a little sweet, and a whole lot of delicious!

For Rosh HaShannah, the Jewish New Year, cḥallah loaves are made in a circular or spiral shape for various symbolic reasons—depending on whom you ask, the round shape represents continuity, the wheel of the seasons, or a spiral of upward progress.

HaShabbath - A Pesacḥ Katan ( Little Passover ) Every Week:
So, why are we so excited about Keeping (Protecting/Preserving) and Observing (Performing Seder or Order)?

First, because Yahu'ah commanded.
Second, because it is a reminder of the first Pesacḥ every week.
Third, communion with family and friends is an opportunity to share HaBesorah (The Good Report) of Yeshua HaMashiacḥ.
Fourth, it is a wedding rehearsal, preparing us as the "Bride" ( Hebrew is "Perfected" ) which is faith with obedience.

Shir Hamma’aloth:
A Song of Ascents:

Ashrei kol-y’rei Yahu’ah; haholeikḥ bidh’rakḥav.
Happy is every one that fears The Eternal Existent One; that walks in His ways.

Y’ghiyah kapekḥa ki thokḥeil, ashreikḥa; v’tov lakḥa.
When you eat the labor of your hands, happy shall you be; and it shall be well with you.

;ג אֶשְׁתְּךָ, כְּגֶפֶן פֹּרִיָּה, בְּיַרְכְּתֵי בֵיתֶךָ
Eshtekḥa k’ghephen poriyah; b’yarkethei veithekḥa;
Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of your house;

baneikḥa kish’thilei zeithim; saviv l’shul’cḥaneikḥa.
your children like olive plants round about your table.

;ד הִנֵּה, כִי-כֵן יְבֹרַךְ גָּבֶר
Hinneih, kḥi-kḥein y’vorakḥ gaver;
Behold, surely thus shall the man be blessed;

y’rei Yahu’ah.
that fears ( awesomely reverences ) The Eternal Existent One.

;ה יְבָרֶכְךָ יהוה , מִצִּיּוֹן
Y’varekḥ’kḥa Yahu’ah, mi’Tztziyon;
The Eternal Existent One bless you, out of Tzion;

ur’eih b’tuv Y’rushalayim, kol y’mei kḥayekḥa.
and may you see the good of Yerushalayim all the days of your life,

Ur’eih-vanim l’vanekḥa. Shalom al-Yisra'eil!
and see your children's children. Peace be upon Yisra'el!

It would be appropriate here, to partake of the Shabbath Meal

D’varim ( Deuteronomy ) 8 : 10 - 20
Birkath HaMazon v1(.flac)

Grace AFTER the Meal
Thanking the one who feeds us.
After the Shabbath meal, come back to this page as an obedience to Scripture.

Barukḥ Atah Yahu’ah, Eloheinu, Melekḥ HaOlam,
Blessed are You, Eternal Existent One our Mightiest One, King of the Universe,

hazzan eth ha’olam kullo. B’tuvo, b’cḥein, b’cḥesedh, uv’racḥamim,
Who feeds all His world. In His goodness, in grace, and in mercy and compassion

hu nothein lecḥem l’kḥal basar, ki l’olam cḥasdo.
He gives bread to all bodies, for His mercy is endless.
